The Stand up guy of the year goes to Barack Obama!!!! The way Barack stood up for Parlin about her family was great. I wonder if the shoe was on the other foot would Mccain have done the same? Here is the quota from Obama on the Parlin issue.
“Let me be as clear as possible,” Obama said. “I think people’s families are off-limits, and people’s children are especially off-limits. This shouldn’t be part of our politics. It has no relevance to Gov. Palin’s performance as governor or her potential performance as a vice president.” Obama said reporters should “back off these kinds of stories” and noted that he was born to an 18-year-old mother. “How a family deals with issues and teenage children, that shouldn’t be the topic of our politics, and I hope that anybody who is supporting me understands that’s off-limits.” Just Keeping It Real.

The Obama speech was out of this world. Vote Obama for president not because he is a black man and he will make history, but because he is a man that make sense. Obama is not just looking out for African American but for all the middle class, poor people in America. Obama is for the people. Obama being rise poor and not coming from a family that had money mad him a better man and will make him a better president because he had to fight for everything that he got, it was not given. Obama is smart, caring, and a family man and that is what it take to make a better country. He is for family and he want to see fathers step up and take on the roles of being leaders, first in the house hold and then in schools and in the eye of the people.
The one down side to it all is that America is not ready for a black president. I want to ask the question is America ready for a black president? Do you think White America is going to actually let Obama make the change that he need to make for America? History is going to made and Obama is going to make the change, but will they let him make the change?
I can say that I am actually scare for the Obama family because I think that someone is going to try to take them out, not because he is not the man for the job , but because of the color of his skin. Four hundred years and things still have not change when it comes to who the people want to run the country. So I say it is time for us, we as the people to protect Obama and give him a chance to make the change.
Just Keeping It Real Vote Obama!!!!!!!!!
